Customers may cancel their orders with SJR-Studio at any time before the order has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted, but you may be eligible for a return depending on our return policy.

Cancellation Process:

• To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at orders@sjr-studio.com with your order number.
• We will process your cancellation request as quickly as possible and notify you via email once it is complete.

Cancellation Fees:

• Before Order Processing: If you cancel your order before it has begun processing, there are no cancellation fees.
• After Order Processing: Once an order has started processing, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% to cover any incurred costs.

Exceptions:

Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.
